Mr. Prown, I have such a hectic schedule as I know you do, but I had to take time out to send you a big THANK YOU. I now know why Prown’s has been in business for 86 years. Your staff that I have had the pleasure to meet are the best. I have had an ongoing business contact with Gayle for at least 7 years now. She is always polite and is always able to help me with billing questions. David Nussbaum came here to give me an estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable of his product and was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision to buy the door. Then came along Billy and I have to give kudos to him as well. He did a super job with the installation. I am so happy to open my door every morning and let in the day.
I’m going to visit the Property Manager tomorrow and give him your business cards. I’ll let him come in to see the door so he can let other residents know about you.

Your three guys, Ryan, Lou and Billy completed the installation of eleven replacement windows in my condo this afternoon. I wish to thank all of them for an outstanding job; the removal of the old windows, the installation of the new windows and cleaning up after the work was completed. They were friendly, polite, patient with me and did the job efficiently and with little disruption in my home. In addition, I am thrilled with the quality of the windows. They are so well insulated that I can barely hear sounds from outside. They work so easily compared to the old ones, It’s no longer a back-breaking operation to open a window. I am confident that when winter comes (not for a long time) there will be a significant reduction of drafts and cold air leaking in. Thanks again to all of your great guys.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the excellent job they did on the recent installation of the new windows at my home.
I must say starting with Dave, the salesman, to your installers… Billy, Ryan, and Lou that they were all professional, courteous and very informative. It was also nice to meet the Sales representative from Ideal Windows who was also in the area, at the same time that Dave stopped by to see how things were going.
They arrived on schedule (8:30 a) and went right to work and had a system between the original two that came (Ryan and Lou) that made the work go fast. Billy was kind to take off the stickers, wash the windows and in some room re-hang the blinds and put the curtains back up… Billy advised that since I was not planning to put the back the window A/C’s back at this time, that I could call him back in the Spring and have him make the adjustment on the windows to allow the windows to open higher.
If the windows performs as well as Prowns and their staff have, I will be one happy Red Banker….

We just wanted to thank you and your installers for the incredible work you did for us recently. Your installers replaced 19 windows in one day! They worked neatly and efficiently. We are so pleased with the outcome – the new vinyl windows are very attractive – you even were able to mimic the “spines” in the upper sash that the old windows had. They are also very energy efficient and have made our home very quiet, since the double panes help to dampen the road noise outside.
